This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data of users of the Veloprint mobile application (hereinafter "Application"), available on the iOS platform.

1. Data Controller

The controller of personal data is Mikolaj Munchberg, operating under the Veloprint brand (hereinafter "Controller").

2. Scope of Data Collected

The Application may collect and process the following data:

2.1. Data provided by the user

• Email address (when creating an account)
• Bike data: name, brand, model, type, year of manufacture
• Bike component data: type, brand, model, installation date, mileage
• Ride data: distance, date, duration

2.2. Automatically collected data

• Device identifier (to the extent necessary for the Application to function)
• Technical device information (model, operating system version)
• Anonymous analytics data regarding Application usage

2.3. Data from external services

• When connected to Strava: Strava account identifier, activity data (distance, time, dates of rides)

2.4. Subscription data

• Subscription status (active, expired, trial period)
• Selected plan type (free, monthly, yearly)

Payment data (e.g., credit card information) is processed exclusively by Apple Inc. through the App Store. The Controller does not have access to this data.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Providing services - enabling the use of Application features, including bike mileage tracking and component management (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of a contract)
• Strava synchronization - retrieving activity data based on user consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
• Analytics and Application improvement - collecting anonymous usage data to improve service quality (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interest)
• Subscription management - processing data necessary for in-app purchases through the Apple App Store (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Communication - responding to user inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

4. Data Sharing

Personal data may be shared with the following entities:

• Apple Inc. - for payment and subscription processing through the App Store
• Strava, Inc. - when the user voluntarily connects their Strava account with the Application, only to the extent necessary for activity data synchronization
• Meta Platforms, Inc. - for the operation of Meta Pixel on the veloprint.pl website, only after the user has given consent via the cookie banner. Data collected includes page visit information, IP addresses, and browser identifiers
• Google LLC - for the operation of Google Analytics on the veloprint.pl website, only after the user has given consent
• Hosting and infrastructure service providers - to the extent necessary for data storage and processing

The Controller does not sell users' personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the duration of Application use and for the period required by law. Bike and component data is stored locally on the user's device and - if they have an account - on the Controller's servers.

The user may delete their data at any time by deleting their account in the Application or by contacting the Controller.

6. User Rights

Under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council), users have the following rights:

• Right of access - the right to obtain information about processed data (Art. 15 GDPR)
• Right to rectification - the right to request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• Right to erasure - the right to request data deletion, the "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17 GDPR)
• Right to restriction of processing - the right to request limitation of data processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• Right to data portability - the right to receive data in a structured format (Art. 20 GDPR)
• Right to object - the right to object to data processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
• Right to withdraw consent - when processing is based on consent, the right to withdraw it at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

The user also has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).

7. Data Security

The Controller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or disclosure, including:

• Connection encryption (TLS/SSL)
• Secure storage of authentication data (Keychain on iOS)
• Regular security updates

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The veloprint.pl website uses cookies to ensure proper website functionality and to collect analytical and marketing data. Users can manage cookie settings via the banner displayed on the first visit to the website.

8.1. Required cookies

Necessary for proper website functionality (e.g., remembering language preferences and cookie consent). These do not require user consent.

8.2. Google Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics (provider: Google LLC) to collect anonymous visit statistics, such as number of visits, time spent on the site, and traffic source. This data is processed only after the user gives consent (clicking "Accept all"). More information: Google Privacy Policy.

8.3. Meta Pixel

The website uses Meta Pixel (provider: Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure the effectiveness of ads on Facebook and Instagram and to create audiences for marketing purposes. Meta Pixel collects data such as: page visit information, IP address, browser and device identifiers. This data is processed only after the user gives consent (clicking "Accept all"). 9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Users will be notified of significant changes through the Application or website. Continued use of the Application after changes are introduced constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
