These Terms of Service define the rules for using the Veloprint mobile application (hereinafter "Application"), available on the iOS platform. By using the Application, you accept these Terms.
1.1. The Veloprint Application is a tool for monitoring bike mileage, managing bike components, and planning services and part replacements.
1.2. The publisher of the Application is Mikolaj Munchberg, operating under the Veloprint brand (hereinafter "Publisher").

3.1. Using the Application requires a device running iOS as specified in the Application description in the App Store.
3.2. Downloading and basic use of the Application is free of charge.
3.3. The User agrees to use the Application in accordance with its intended purpose, applicable law, and these Terms.
3.4. The User is responsible for the accuracy and currency of data entered into the Application.
4.1. Some features of the Application may require creating an Account.
4.2. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials.
4.3. The User may delete their Account at any time by contacting the Publisher at kontakt@veloprint.pl or using the appropriate option in the Application.
4.4. The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete a User Account in the event of a breach of these Terms.
The Application provides a free plan that includes the following features:
The free plan is available indefinitely and requires no payment.
The Application offers a paid Veloprint Pro subscription that provides access to extended features, including:
The Veloprint Pro subscription is available in two variants:
New users may take advantage of a 7-day free trial of the Veloprint Pro subscription. After the trial period ends, the subscription is automatically renewed and charged according to the selected plan, unless the User cancels the subscription before the end of the trial period.
Subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store in accordance with Apple's terms.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of the billing period unless the User cancels it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Subscription management (including cancellation) is done in the User's Apple ID account settings or in the Application settings.
The Publisher does not process direct payment refunds. All refund requests should be directed to Apple in accordance with Apple's applicable refund policy.
Subscription prices are displayed in the currency appropriate for the User's App Store region and may be subject to change. Users will be notified of price changes with appropriate advance notice.
6.1. The Application allows optional connection with the Strava service for automatic synchronization of cycling activity data.
6.2. Connecting to Strava requires the User to grant access to Strava account data via the OAuth mechanism.
6.3. The User may disconnect their Strava account from the Application at any time.
6.4. The Publisher is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or completeness of data obtained from Strava, nor for changes to Strava's API or terms of service.
7.1. The Application, including its source code, graphical interface, visual elements, logo, and the name "Veloprint", constitute the intellectual property of the Publisher and are protected under copyright and industrial property law.
7.2. The User does not acquire any intellectual property rights to the Application beyond the right to use it under the terms set out in these Terms and the license granted through the App Store.
8.1. Data entered by the User into the Application (information about bikes, components, rides) remains the property of the User.
8.2. The Publisher provides the ability to export User data upon request.
8.3. Detailed rules regarding the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.
9.1. The Application is provided "as is". The Publisher makes every effort to ensure the Application functions correctly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation.
9.2. The Publisher is not responsible for:
9.3. The Publisher's liability to the User is limited to the amount paid by the User for the subscription in the last 12 months.
10.1. Complaints regarding the operation of the Application should be submitted to: kontakt@veloprint.pl
10.2. The complaint should include a description of the problem, device model, operating system version, and Application version.
10.3. The Publisher will review the complaint within 14 days of receipt and inform the User of the resolution by email.
11.1. The Publisher reserves the right to make changes to these Terms.
11.2. Users will be notified of significant changes through the Application or website with at least 14 days' advance notice.
11.3. Continued use of the Application after the amended Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
11.4. If the User does not accept the changes, they have the right to stop using the Application and delete their Account.
12.1. These Terms are governed by Polish law.
12.2. Any disputes related to the use of the Application will be resolved by a court with jurisdiction in accordance with Polish law.
12.3. Consumers have the option of using out-of-court complaint and claim resolution methods, including through the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12.4. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
12.5. These Terms come into effect on February 1, 2026.
